University Enterprises, Inc. (橘子视频) contracts with state agencies and other organizations to be the employer of record for Student Assistant employees. This means 橘子视频 is your employer even if you perform work off campus.

Hours are reported daily (including lunch breaks) through 橘子视频Workforce. If you do not have access to a computer at work, please make changes to your timesheet through change requests. (See job aid below).

You should submit your timesheet after your last punch for the pay period. If you use the physical time clock to clock in/out, you will still need to submit your timesheet.
Employees are not allowed to make edits to their timesheets manually. Employees must make changes to their timesheets through change requests.
In order to view hours worked, employees can review their timesheets within 橘子视频Workforce or their paycheck stubs in 橘子视频 Workforce.
Employees are paid semimonthly (twice a month) on the 7th聽and the 22nd聽unless otherwise noted on the聽Payroll Calendar. If you have signed up for direct deposit, your paycheck will be deposited into your bank account on payday. Checks for employees who are not on direct deposit will be mailed to their home address.
W-2s for the previous year are available at the end of January.
Direct deposits are effective for the pay period they are received. Requests received in 橘子视频 Payroll Services before the end of the month will be effective in the check for the 7th, requests received by the 15th will be effective in the check for the 22nd.
Your 橘子视频Workforce login is the first initial of your last name plus your full 8-digit 橘子视频 ID number (with leading zeros).
If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot/Reset Password link on the 橘子视频 Workforce login page and follow the instructions.
Log in to 橘子视频Workforce. Click on Quick links, HR Actions
and Employee Personal Information Update.
Log in to 橘子视频Workforce. Under the My Pay Tab, choose Pay History. Select the pay period and follow the instructions to print your paycheck stub.
Employee paycheck stubs and W-2s are located in 橘子视频Workforce. If you do not have access to a printer, employees can visit Human Resources or Payroll Services on the third floor of the Hornet Bookstore building and use the computer/printer kiosk to print their paycheck stub
or W-2.
